  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.


2. Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

  • Standard delivery time: 2–5 business days

  • Carriers: TCS, Leopard Courier, or Call Courier

  • Shipping fee: Free on orders above Rs. 5,000; otherwise Rs. 200 flat rate


3. International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide 🌍

  • Delivery time: 7–15 business days (depending on location)

  • Carriers: DHL, FedEx, or other trusted international couriers

  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • Customs duties or taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer

5. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to deliver on time, unforeseen delays (weather, customs, or courier issues) may occur.
